STUDIO POINK / INDUSTRIES
Animation for SaaS and technology brands
Explain software, AI and enterprise products with Studio Poink. Explore visual storytelling for launches, buyer education and technical audiences.
A technology product can be easy to demonstrate and difficult to explain. Studio Poink makes animated films that connect the product’s idea with the audience’s question, using visual stories that go beyond a list of features.
Choose the level of explanation
A new prospect may need to understand the problem before seeing an interface. A technical evaluator may want to see how a process connects to an existing workflow. A launch audience may need one memorable introduction. Define that context before deciding how much detail belongs in the film.
An animated explainer can introduce the product’s role. Motion graphics can show relationships, flows and transformations. A screen recording may be more useful when the exact interface is the lesson. A hybrid can put the real product inside a broader visual story.
Examples from our portfolio
IGEO.AI uses abstract shapes and cut-out motion to introduce AI visibility. WalkMe uses a cartoon treatment to explain a technology platform. PecanAI builds its explanation around characters and mixed animation techniques. These are different answers to the same creative task: give the viewer a way into an unfamiliar idea.
Keep product claims accurate
Bring a product walkthrough, approved messaging and a technical reviewer into the brief. Define which elements can be simplified and which must be shown precisely. An illustration can clarify a concept without implying that the product performs actions it does not support.
Plan for launch and later use
List the website, sales presentations, events and campaigns that may use the film. Discuss captions, shorter edits, language versions and future product changes before production. A reusable idea and a version-specific interface may need different update plans.

Frequently asked questions
Should a SaaS film show the actual interface?
Show the interface when the viewer needs to learn or evaluate a specific workflow. A conceptual animation can be more appropriate for introducing a problem, value proposition or system relationship. Some briefs benefit from both.
How do you avoid oversimplifying a technical product?
Use approved source material, identify the claims the film needs to make and include a product reviewer in script and storyboard approvals. Check the meaning of visual metaphors as well as the wording.
Can animation support sales conversations?
A film can give a sales team a consistent introduction or visual explanation. Its effect on enquiries or sales needs to be measured in the context where it is used; production alone does not establish a commercial result.
