How Studio Poink’s website handles project enquiries, email delivery, Google Analytics, embedded video players and requests about personal information.

Project enquiries
The contact form asks for your email address and phone number. You may also provide your name and a message. We use the submitted details to receive your enquiry and respond about your project. Please avoid including passwords, payment information or other sensitive information in the message.
The form sends your enquiry to info@studiopoink.com through Brevo’s email service. Your email address is included as the reply-to address. The website application does not save form submissions in a separate contact database. A delivered message is held in the email systems used to receive and answer it.
If online email delivery is unavailable, the form may offer to open your own email application with the details you entered. In that case, you need to send the email there to complete the enquiry.
Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page use. Its tag can collect information about pages viewed, browsers, devices and visit activity, and can use cookies or similar browser storage. A successful contact-form submission is measured as an enquiry event; the event does not include the submitted name, email address, phone number or message.

Video players and external links
Project pages contain video players supplied by services such as Vimeo or YouTube. Loading a page with an embedded player can connect your browser to that provider before you press play. The provider receives connection information needed to load its player and processes activity under its own policies. Vimeo embeds use its do-not-track parameter, but still require requests to Vimeo to display and play video.

Hosting and abuse prevention
The website uses Google Cloud hosting and Cloudflare delivery infrastructure. These services process connection information to deliver and protect the site. The contact endpoint validates submissions and applies request limits to reduce abuse. Its application error messages do not record enquiry text or email-service credentials.
Questions about your information
Email info@studiopoink.com if you want to ask about information you have submitted or request a correction or deletion. Include enough context to identify the enquiry, without sending additional sensitive details. Requests may need to take account of information held in email correspondence and records that must be retained for a legitimate obligation.
