Animated commercials and campaign films
Custom animated commercials by Studio Poink. Explore concept, character, campaign formats and production considerations, with Klondike, Playtika and Kan 11.
An animated commercial turns an advertising idea into a film with its own rhythm, imagery and personality. Studio Poink creates original animation for campaign stories, bringing together concept, illustration, movement and sound around a clear message.
Start with the campaign idea
Define who the film should reach, what they should remember and what action comes next. A launch film, a short paid placement and a brand campaign may need different structures. The creative treatment should suit both the idea and the context in which people will see it.
Animation creates room for impossible settings, unusual characters and visual humor. It also puts deliberate choices into every scene: color, pacing, gesture, sound and the space reserved for a call to action. Brand guidelines and mandatory wording belong in the brief early.
Campaign work to explore
Klondike features a series of frame-by-frame commercials. Playtika’s House of Fun uses a humorous story about the invention of fun. The Kan 11 project is a series of commercials for radio shows. Each begins with a different creative premise and audience.
Plan versions before animation
List the master film and the shorter edits, aspect ratios, language versions, end cards or campaign variations that you need. Reframing an existing composition may not be enough for a very different screen or running time. Early planning gives each version a clear message and an appropriate layout.
Confirm the media placements and territories when discussing voiceover, music and other licensed elements. Check the final technical specifications with the publisher or media team, including any caption, sound and file requirements.
Keep approvals clear
Agree who approves the concept, script, storyboard, design, animation and audio. Consolidated feedback helps the team resolve creative decisions before dependent work begins. Review rounds, changes in scope and delivery dates belong in the project agreement.

Frequently asked questions
Can a campaign include a master film and shorter edits?
Yes, multiple edits can be discussed as part of the scope. Specify their messages, running times and placements before production so the story and layouts can be planned for each version.
Do you create animated commercials for technology brands?
The portfolio includes technology and software storytelling as well as advertising for entertainment and other brands. Share the campaign goal and audience to discuss an appropriate concept and animation approach.
Can an agency bring an existing concept?
A supplied concept, script or visual direction can form the starting point. Make clear what is already approved and which creative or production responsibilities you want the studio to take on.
How are music and voiceover rights handled?
The agreement should state the licensed uses, territories, media and duration for any commissioned or licensed audio. Provide your intended campaign placements before confirming those terms.
What affects the production schedule?
The concept, film length, animation technique, number of versions, audio work and approval process all affect the schedule. Bring the launch date into the first conversation so the team can assess the scope.
