Klondike

Studio Poink produced a series of frame-by-frame animated commercials for Klondike. The project gave the team room to build a character-led world through drawn movement and performance.

The creative challenge

A game commercial needs to establish its world and hold attention within an advertising format. For this series, the creative approach centers on expressive characters and animated action, with the drawn style carrying the atmosphere of the film.

Frame-by-frame production

The series uses frame-by-frame animation, building movement through successive drawings. This technique was central to the studio’s original account of the project and to the character performance visible in the finished work.
